摘要
简要阐述了葛洲坝水电站发电机组推力轴承的主要改造技术,主要有:弹性金属塑料瓦的更换、推力轴承支撑结构改造、推力油冷却系统改造、发电机组推力轴承油槽密封盖改造等。从实际运行来看,葛洲坝水电站发电机组推力轴承的多项技术改造均获得成功,推力轴承运行稳定,发电机组推力轴承故障率明显降低。
Main renovating technology on the thrust bearing of turbine-generator units of Gezhouba Hydropower Station is briefed. It includes replacement of elastic metal plastic bushing, renovation of support structure of thrust bearing, renovation of cooling system of thrust oil, renovation of sealing cover of oil tank of thrust bearing, etc. From actual operation, technical renovations of the thrust bearings all are successful. The thrust bearings operate stably and failures of the thrust bearing are decreased obviously.
