摘要
传统机组轴线处理方法导致推力头与镜板之间的绝缘垫产生较大不平整度,使推力头与镜板之间产生不均匀间隙,引起水轮发电机组振动。根据振动测试结果和振动原因分析,以及机组检修和运行实际,采取了取消绝缘垫采用硬连接、多点任意盘车、改进导瓦间隙计算方法等切实可行的实施方案,将机组振动控制在允许范围内,机组运行状况良好。
Vibration of turbine-generator unit is caused by uneven gap between thrust block and thrust runner collar. The gap is resulted from quite large unevenness of partition insulator between thrust block and thrust runner collar while the traditional treatment method of the unit axis is applied. Based on vibrating test results and vibrating cause analysis as well as unit repair and actual operation, measures such as application of hard connection and multiple-point random barring instead of partition insulator, improvement of calculating method for gap between guide block, etc are taken so that the unit vibration is controlled within the allowable range and the unit operates well.
