摘要
基于GIS的人员疏散安全评估系统将模拟建筑物火灾发展情况和人员动态疏散过程,按照性能化安全疏散设计方法的要求,评价设计的合理性,指导人们设计满足安全疏散要求的建筑物。利用该软件的仿真模拟,可以计算出人群疏散所需要的时间,而且还可以直观地对人群的整个疏散过程和疏散人群分布状况进行动态观察,找出建筑物设计的不合理之处,可以帮助管理人员制订最优的疏散预案,在突发事件发生时减少损失。
The system of occupant evacuation based on GIS can simulate the development of building fire evacuation and personnel dynamic process, and it can guide people to design the building in accordance with requirements of safe evacuation, evaluating the reasonableness of the design.With Simulation of software we can calculate the time required for evacuation, but also can dynamically observe the whole evacuation process and the distribution situation of evacuation people, and find out the unreasonable building design. All of the above can help managers to develop the best evacuation plan, reduce the losses of nnexneeted events.
