摘要
利用热电半导体致冷组件和DS18B20数字温度传感器,以及嵌入式技术,在AT89S51控制下,使用增量式数字PID算法和PWM技术,实现嵌入式小型恒温冷藏箱的设计,同时该小型冷藏箱增加有显示箱内温度,以及通过按键设定制冷温度的功能。综合结果表明:该小型恒温冷藏箱精度高,制冷快,成本低,不使用任何制冷剂,没有污染源,以及简易的温度设定和直观的温度显示。
Take advantage of the Pehier, the DS18B20 digital temperature transducer and embedded technology, as well as use digital PID and PWM technology to achieve the embedded diminutive and constant freezer, under the control of AT89S51, besides, it adds the functions of revealing the temperature inside the freezer and setting the refrigeration temperature. Comprehensive results show that this embedded diminutive and constant freezer has the advantages of highly-precision, refrigeration fast, low costing, without any refrigerants, environmental protection, what is more, it can set the refrigeration temperature easily and display temperature directly.
