摘要
家族企业传承问题一直受到学术界的重视,成为家族企业研究的最持久的热点。本文探讨了家族企业传承的两种模式"血缘继承"和"职业经理人继承",着重研究"职业经理人继承"这种模式,并且指出其本质实际是委托代理关系,又对血缘继承和职业经理人的两种传承模式的风险及后果进行了分析。
The family business heritage issues has been to get the attention of academia and becomes the most enduring hot spots of the family business. This paper analyzes two models in the family business succession, including descent succession and occupation managers succession. We pay attention to occupation managers succession, argue that the essence of occupation managers succession is principal-agent relation, and classify the risks and resuits of two kinds.
