摘要
光纤紧套被覆层剥离力是体现产品质量的一项重要指标。由于前期缺乏试验数据的积累,在相关标准中未对这一指标做出明确规定。文章对光纤紧套层剥离力进行了试验性研究,试验发现由于紧套光纤的被覆层较厚,易出现"塞积"效应。"塞积"效应对判断紧套光纤剥离力的大小有重要的影响,而它本身与试验时的刀具移动距离、移动速率及总剥离长度等因素有关,这些结论对科学规范紧套层剥离力的有效范围提供了重要的科学试验依据,同时可作为开展下一步研究工作的基础。
The coating strip-force of tight-buffered fiber is an important index that embodies product quality, but it is not explic- itly defined in the relevant standards due to the lack of testing data accumulation in earlier stage. In this paper, some experi- mental study is carried out on such a coating strip force. It is found in the tests that as their coatings are fairly thick, "jam-up" effect is likely to occur and the strip force judgment is significantly affected by this jam-up effect in addition to the movement length and speed of the stripping tool and the total strip length. These conclusions provide an important basis for scientifically defining the effective scope of the strip force and can he used as the foundation for the research work in next stage.
