摘要
"十一五"期间,中国烟草"走出去"同以往相比取得了明显的进步,但整体而言,烟草国际化仍处于初级阶段。当前全行业围绕"卷烟上水平"大力提高产业竞争力,对于国际化来说,我们应当认清困扰发展的制约条件和影响因素,寻找工作突破点,在全球新一轮产业结构调整中占有自己的一席之地。
China tobacco＇s “going global” had achieved notable progress during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period. Overall, tobacco internationalization is still in its infancy. At present, the whole sector is working hard to enhance industry competitiveness with the aim of “upgrading cigarette production”. With respect to internationalization, we should make clear the constraints and influence factors before finding breakthrough and taking our place in the world.
