广西肝癌高发区人群外周血AFP-mRNA检测的初步研究

PRIMARY STUDY ON AFP-MRNA DETECTION OF PERIPHERAL VENOUS BLOOD IN THE POPULATION FROM A HIGH INCIDENCE AREA OF HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA IN GUANGXI

目的:探讨广西肝癌高发区人群中进行外周血AFP-mRNA检测的价值。方法:应用巢式RT-PCR检测117例当地人员外周血AFP-mRNA。HBsAg阴性者30例,HBsAg阳性及ALT正常者35例,HBsAg阳性及ALT异常者29例,HBsAg阳性及AFP异常者23例。结果:117例的外周血AFP-mRNA检测结果均为阴性。结论:利用巢式RT-PCR方法检测广西肝癌高发区人群外周血AFP-mRNA未能发现早期肝癌患者。

Objective： To explore the value of AFP-mRNA detection in peripheral venous blood in the population from a hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） high incidence area in Guangxi. Methods： Peripheral venous blood samples were collected from 117 native volunteers, 30 with negetive HBsAg, 35 with positive HBsAg and normal ALT, 29 with positive HBsAg and abnormal ALT and 23 with positive HBsAg and abnormal AFP elevated. The nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was performed to detect AFP-mRNA expression in the peripheral blood sample. Results： AFP-mRNA expression was negetive in all of the 117 volunteers. Conclusion： AFP-mRNA expression in peripheral venous blood in the population from a hepatoeellular carcinoma high incidence area could not be used as a marker to detect early patient with HCC.
