大肠杆菌细菌生物膜菌落计数实验技术改良初探 被引量:5

摘要 目的:应用高速离心技术对大肠杆菌生物被膜(biofilm,BF)菌落计数方法进行改良,为大肠杆菌BF实验提供更稳定、更简便计数条件。方法:采用1.5%腹膜透析液(乳酸盐)-腹膜透析留置管系统培养大肠杆菌BF,建模3d。以对载体的处理时间不同设立对照组(30min)和改良组(13min),分别采用现有实验技术方法及使用高速离心技术改良方法处理BF内活菌,计算BF内活菌落数。结果:经两种方法处理后,计数菌落数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且改良组[(5.96±0.320)lgCFU/mL]较对照组[(5.92±0.470)lgCFU/mL]实验数据结果离散程度更小,改良组较对照组实验时间更为节约。结论:生物被膜菌落计数实验,改良实验技术更优于现有技术。
