摘要
克思主义科学人才思想是马克思主义者践行解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,研究人才发展的规律,在长期实践过程中形成和发展起来的,专门研究人才的本质内涵、人才的发展方向、人才的实践创新、人才的成长环境、人才的价值实现及人才的教育影响诸方面的集体智慧结晶。
Marxist thoughts on scientific talents came into being after long-period practice in emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, advancing with the times, and studying the law of talent development. Marxist thoughts on scientific talents concentrate on specialized research of talents＂ essential characters, future development, innovation, talent growth environment, the talent value and talent education.
