论大学生法律素养和道德修养的培养

On the Legal Literacy and Legal Ethics Training for College Students

由于大学生自身法律意识的错位、学校法制教育的不全面、社会和家庭道德约束力弱化等原因,少数大学生法律素养不高,法制观念淡薄,道德修养滑坡。针对现状,大学生自身、学校、家庭应当形成社会合力,将大学生道德教育与法制教育有机结合起来,大力提高大学生法律素养和道德修养,努力创建和谐社会。

There exists the following problems concerning the legal education in colleges： poor legal literacy for some students, weak legal awareness and moral decline as result of students＇ legal misconception, incomprehensive legal education and weakened social and family ethics binding. Therefore, it is imperative to integrate college students＇ moral education with legal education with the participation of all parties involved： college students, schools and families. The goal is to improve college students＇legal literacy and moral cultivation, and strive to create a harmonious society.
