从短跑运动的能量代谢特征谈运动员的膳食平衡 被引量:1

摘要 随着运动项目的技术性向专项化发展,其运动员的饮食要求也越来越受到人们的重视。由于短跑运动的特点不同于其他运动项目,其能量代谢特征也远不同于其他运动项目。对短跑运动员的膳食平衡要求更是有区别其他运动项目。从运动营养学的角度,通过对有关文献资料的对比分析来论述短跑运动员的膳食平衡。
