重庆市九龙坡区慢性病患者基本公共卫生服务利用现状分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Basic Public Health Service among Patients with Chronic Disease in Jiulaypo,Chongqing

目的:对重庆市九龙坡区城乡慢性病患者基本公共卫生服务的利用现状、及存在的问题进行深入分析,为促进慢性病患者有效利用基本公共卫生服务提供政策建议。方法:以调查问卷的形式对慢性病患者基本公共卫生服务利用现状进行调查,并利用SPSS12.0对调查数据进行描述性统计分析。结果:九龙坡区慢性病患者基本公共卫生服务利用效果有待增强;城区被调查慢性病患者平均患病年限、平均血压/血糖值均高于农村;虽然城市被调查慢性病患者在接受随访频度、随访服务内容完整程度、满意度和依从性方面均优于农村,但也存在诸多不足。结论:为促进慢性病患者有效利用基本公共卫生服务,应严格执行慢性病患者健康管理服务规范,改善基本公共卫生服务质量;建立健全基本公共卫生服务工作激励机制,提高基层公共卫生服务人员随访积极性;加大居民基本公共卫生健康教育力度,增强居民医疗卫生保健意识。

Objective： To analyze the main reasons and to explore effective countermeasures to utilize the Basic Public Health Service effectively for patients with chronic diseases in JiulayPo, Cjpmgqomg. Methods： Reference reviews and questionnaires were taken to investigate the present situation and problems of utilization situation of Basic Public Health Service among patients. Results： There exists disparities in utilization of Basic Public Health Service between urban and rural residents and the utilization outcome is not good, less than half of urban patients with chronic diseases received follow-up services more than four times a year and less than 30% of people received seven follow-up services. Conclusion： To make effective use of the Basic Public Health Service for chronic disease patients, the standard of health management service for the patients with chronic diseases should be strictly implemented. The follow-up enthusiasm of the grassroots staff of public health services should be raised, the incentive mechanism of Basic Public Health Service must be established and improved, the health care of the residents Should be Strengthen, the Basic Public Health Service education efforts should be increased
