摘要
目的:了解医院护士满意度及主要影响因素,探讨护士队伍不稳定的对策。方法:随机抽取温州市200名综合性三级医院临床护士人员进行MMSS量表的问卷调查,采用SPSS方法对结果进行统计分析。结果:不同职称和教育程度的护士人员满意度得分均值有显著性差异,而婚姻和编制没有统计学意义,薪酬福利和排班这两项因素成为护士工作不满的主要影响因素。结论:增加护士人员配置,改变排班模式,提高整体福利是应对护士不稳定的主要对策。
Objective: To investigate the job satisfaction and major aspects of dissatisfaction among nurses in the hospital and come up with solutions to the unbalanced nursing staff. Methods: Using the method of random sampling, 200 nursing staff in the comprehensive hospital were studied by mmss questionnaire. And the results were analyzed by SPSS program. Results: The analysis shows that it differs a lot in job satisfaction among the nursing staff with professional job title and different education. There exists no statistical difference in marital status and staff establishment. Salary and benefits as well as team arrangements are the major two factors causing dissatisfaction among nursing staff. Conclusion: Increase nursing personnel, change nursing team arrangement mode, improve the overall benefits so as to tackle the unstable nursing staff.
