论北京市村民的隐私权意识及其对村医执业行为的影响

在北京市农村,村民的隐私权意识存在诸多差异,但总体水平仍然较低,其原因主要包括彼此之间熟悉程度较高、个体受教育程度较低、利害冲突不激烈以及权利行使不积极等。随着社会经济的发展和城镇化水平的提高,村民的隐私权意识将越来越强,城市医院已经做好了应对的准备,但农村卫生室囿于各方面的条件,其仍然有许多工作要做,否则,将面临着被动退出的危险。

In the countryside of capital city, the awareness of right to privacy of villager are varies, but the overall level is still low, the main reasons include the higher degree of familiarity each other, individuals with lower educational attainment, the less drastic conflict of interest between them, and to exercise the fight inactively etc. With the development of social economy and improvement of urbanization level, the awareness of fight to privacy can only be more and more high, hospitals in Urban area have already prepared for the change, but due to the conditions of each respect rural health room still have a lot of work to do, otherwise, it would be faced with the passive exit from the risk.
