Study on the Cultivation on the Employment Competitiveness of Medical Students

在高等教育迅速发展的背景下,由于医学专业的特性,导致医学生的就业形势日趋严峻。如何有效解决医学生就业不理想的问题,已成为医学院校现阶段必须解决的重要问题。本文在分析当前医学生所面临的就业形势的基础上,探讨从政府、学校、学生3个层面提高医学生就业竞争力的现实可能性,即通过政府的政策引导,吸引学生到基层医疗机构就业;通过医学院校的教学改革,提高学生的专业素养;通过医学生择业的观念转变,为其争取更多的就业机会。

Under the background of rapid development of higher education, the employment situation of medical students is getting worse and worse because of the characteristic of medical specialty. Effectively solving the problem of employment should improve the students＂ employment competitiveness. This paper analyzes the employment situation that the medical students faced. People need to research the feasibility of improving medical students＂ employment competitiveness from three aspects which is the government, schools and students .The government need to guide students to the primary medical institutions by the policy. The university needs to improve the students＂ professionalism by teaching reform. The students must strive to improve themselves and transform their employment idea to get more opportunities. With multilateral efforts, it can realize the aim that promote the students＂ employment competitiveness and improve the medical students＂ employment rate.
