摘要
五面加工中心主轴直接承受切削力,转速范围又很大,这就要求主轴在加工过程中保证极小的变形量。为了有效的进行分析,单纯考虑从机械角度对其进行建模,并假设传动轴上的所有部件在参与力矩传递的过程中不产生任何受力变形,通过Ansys workbench仿真,分析并计算出立卧自动转头在加工受力时产生的变形量。计算结果表明,主轴电机在超负荷P=11 kW、n=12 000 r/min的状态下运行对主轴产生的变形量最大,影响了主轴的加工精度;为了保证主轴的加工精度,需尽量保证主轴电机在额定功率P=7.5 kW、n=4 000 r/min的情况下工作。
There are cutting power and a wide range of speed taking on spindle of five sides machining center direct- ly, which makes sure minimal offset in processing at the same time. In order to analyse the model effectively, as- suming that all parts on the driving shaft are not producing any deformation from the mechanical point of view, and application Ansys workbench simulation, analyse and calculate deformation of automatic spindle head. The result re- flects that there is much impact and deformation on main axis under spindle motor P = 11 kW, n = 12000 r/min. In order to ensure precision of the main shaft, rating power P = 7.5 KW, n = 4000 r/min is guaranteed.
