摘要
以大连华润啤酒厂废水为原水,进行了混凝预处理的试验,考察了啤酒废水混凝预处理的效果,并对混凝药剂进行了筛选。试验结果表明 ,混凝预处理可使啤酒废水 CODCr降低 40% ,减少了后处理负荷。单投混凝剂聚合氯化铝 PAC或单投阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺 PAM,或者投 PAC加投 PAM效果较好。
The pre- coagulation experiment was carried out with the wastewater from Dalian Huarun Beer Plant as the original water. The study was made about the effect of pre- coagulation treatment on the beer wastewater and about the selections of coagulant. The result has shown that with pre- coagulation treatment, COD of beer wastewater can be reduced by 40% , which will lessen the subsequent treatment burden. A better result can be achieved by using PAC as coagulant or PAM as the ion- assistant coagulant and also by using PAC with the combination of PAM.
