脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血是多种病因所致脑底部或脑及脊髓表面血管破裂的急性出血性脑血管疾病,血液直接流入蛛网膜下腔,是脑卒中疾病中能在1h左右引起死亡的一种类型。血液进入蛛网膜下腔后,颅腔内容物增加,除迅速出现头痛、呕吐等脑膜刺激征外,血液及其代谢产物还可导致脑血管痉挛、脑梗死、脑积水等并发症。我院自2008-05-2011-03,采用脑脊液置换疗法治疗28例蛛网膜下腔出血患者,疗效显著,现报道如下。
