特发性脊柱侧凸围手术期康复训练 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结特发性脊柱侧凸围手术康复训练方法。方法对16例特发性脊柱侧凸手术患者在围手术期进行个性化、渐进性和全面性的康复训练。结果本组病例术后矫正率76.5%,术后平均身高增长4.5 cm。平均住院时间13.5 d。本组16例患者围手术期康复训练有效地控制了术后并发症,达到满意效果。结论重视围手术期康复训练保证了手术的治疗效果,减少了围手术期并发症,有利于提高患者生活质量。
