摘要 准确分析剑杆织机经纱张力变化规律是织机改进的基础.在考虑织机经纱张力、经纱形变等多个影响因素基础上,通过对织机基本运动动力学的分析,建立了用于分析经纱张力的动态数学模型及数字仿真系统.该系统具有明显的模块化特征,不仅适用于多种车速、开口运动曲线以及打纬运动曲线的复杂机构运动动力学性能仿真,而且由于其各模块相对独立,便于各模块升级的分析,具有良好的适应性和扩展性.系统仿真结果清晰地反映了织机纱线的张力变化规律,证明了所建模型的正确性. It is the base of loom improvement to accurately analyze the law of the tension variation on the rapier loom. The factors of the tension variation including the deformation of the warp yarn on the loom are analyzed, and the tension model of the yarn is set up through analyzing the dynamics of the basic movements. This model utilizes modular modeling, which is not only suitable for the simulation of various moving speed, the curve of shedding and beating-up motion, but also for conveniently analyzing the upgrade performance for each module which is relative independence, with broad adaptability and extensibility. The simulation results clearly reflect the tension of various kinetic mode and prove the suitability of the model.
