再论唐山抗震精神及其传承价值

A Further Discussion on the Unyielding Spirit in Tangshan Earthquake and Its Value of Heritage

在1976年唐山大地震中,唐山人民用鲜血与生命凝成的"公而忘私,患难与共,百折不挠,勇往直前"的抗震精神,是传统民族精神的升华与时代文化的积淀。它有长久的传承价值,是助推道德建设的动力,是建设社会主义核心价值体系的丰厚精神资源;是激励人民奋发上进,推动建设中国特色社会主义事业和防灾减灾的力量源泉;是教育青少年树立健康向上生活态度的鲜活教材。

During the severe Tangshan earthquake in 1976, the unyielding earthquake relief spirit was formed with the blood and lives of Tangshan people which was characterized as ＂public business coming before private affairs,sharing weal and woe,being undaunted by repeated setbacks and advancing brave- ly＂. The unyielding earthquake relief spirit is the sublimation of the traditional national spirit and the sed- imentary deposit of the one era^s culture. It has the value of long-term heritage. It is the driving force of promoting moral construction, the profound spiritual resources of constructing the socialism core value system; the source of power to simulate people to strive and enhance the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics;the alive teaching material to educate the youngsters to establish healthy and opti- mistic life attitude.
