摘要
应用撞击平皿法，采用肉膏蛋白陈琼脂培养基，对城市园林各立地类型空气细菌含量进行了测定，并应用多元素方差分析方法找出了主要影响因子。结果表明：园林树木可显著净化空气中细菌含量，其净化细菌能力与树种、发育时期、群落类型、每日测定时间等因子密切相关。
The content of bacteria in the air on various kinds of site are investigated by the method of bumping dish and the medium with meat, peptone and agar. The affecting factors are determined by variance analysis. The result is indicated that the effect of gardening plants to clean bacteria is very notability.The effect is very correlated with species of tree, growth period, and community type, investigating time.
