摘要 对近年来转子系统耦合(多)故障的研究现状、进展进行了综述,包括裂纹-碰摩、松动-碰摩、不对中-碰摩、油膜失稳-碰摩等耦合故障形式,结合国内外有关耦合故障的研究成果,从动力学模型、非线性动力学特性、故障诊断和试验研究等方面来介绍该领域的研究现状,并阐述了对该领域相关发展方向的一些看法,最后对转子系统耦合故障今后的研究方向进行了展望。 An overview of research of coupling faults in rotor systems in recent years was provided. These coupling faults mainly included crack coupled with rub-impact, pedestal looseness coupled with rub-impact, misalignment coupled with rub-impact, oil film instability coupled with rub-impact, etc. Combining domestic studying achievements of coupling faults with those abroad, the current studying situation was summarized from the aspects of dynamic model, nonlinear dynamic characteristics, fault diagnosis and model experiment. Some key problems for future study were also presented.
