基于两端开口的有限长挤压油膜阻尼器的试验研究 被引量:11

摘要 推导了有限长挤压油膜阻尼器阻尼系数的理论计算公式,利用脉冲激励法对两端开口的挤压油膜阻尼器进行了实验研究,通过对实验测量值与理论值的对比分析,得出影响挤压油膜阻尼器阻尼效果的参数和条件。研究表明,供油方式、供油压力均对挤压油膜阻尼器的阻尼效果具有一定的影响,且脉冲激励法更适用于阻尼系数较小的阻尼器。 The damping coefficient calculation formula of a finite length cylindrical squeeze film damper (SFD) was deduced, and a test was conducted via the pulse excitation method on an open-ended SFD, the test results were compared with the theoretical results and further analysis was performed to obtain the conditions and parameters affecting the damping coefficient of the SFD. It was shown that both the oil-supply way and the oil pressure have significant effects on the damping coefficient of the SFD; the pulse excitation method is more suitable of SFDs with smaller damping coefficient.
