一起由屠宰病牛导致人皮肤炭疽病暴发的调查

A Survey on Human Cutaneous Antharax Outbreak Caused by Slaughtering Infected Cattle

目的调查新疆伊犁州霍城县萨尔布拉克镇三村人感染皮肤炭疽病的危险因素,以探讨当地预防此病的措施。方法按皮肤炭疽病诊断标准,根据病牛接触方式与发病的关联性设计调查问卷,对全村养殖户及有接触史者开展调查、分析,同时采集疱疹液进行病原学检验。结果共发现12例病例(疑似9例,确诊3例,其中死亡1例),均来自屠宰、剥皮家庭。结论该村屠宰或剥病牛皮是导致本次人感染皮肤炭疽病暴发的原因。当地政府应定期对养殖户进行健康教育,提高各族村民主动就医和自我保护意识,防止此类人畜共患病的发生。

Objective To investigate the risk factors of human infection with cutaneous antharax in three villages of Salbraque town,Huocheng county, Yili, Xinjiang autonomous region, and try to find the prevention methods of the disease. Methods According to the cutaneous antharax diagnostic criteria and the link between expousure and disease,questionnaires were designed and applied to investigate and analyze raising households and the people who have exposured to infected cattle. Herpes fluid was taken for etiology test. Results There were 12 cases in total（9 suspects,3 confirmed, 1 of 3 dead） ,all of them came from slaughtering families. Conclusion Slaughtering infected cattle is the cause of human infection with cutaneous antharax in this village. Local government should carry out health education in raisers regularly and improve their .awareness of self-protection and seeking medical service actively to prevent the occur of zoonosis.
