摘要
患者女,70岁。会阴部丘疱疹8年。会阴部多个水疱、丘疹、丘疱疹,并逐渐增多、增大,并伴有双下肢增粗,组织病理提示真皮内淋巴管扩张伴淋巴液充盈。诊断:获得性淋巴管瘤;双下肢及会阴部淋巴水肿;子宫颈癌术后。予分批冷冻治疗皮损,疗效进一步随访中。在此总结该病例临床特点并在发病特点、诊断依据、治疗和预后的因素等方面进行了文献复习。
A 70-year-old female patient have presented with vuval vesicles, papules and papulovesicles for 8 years. Then the lesion gradually increased, accompanied by pairs of lower limb enlargment. Pathology prompted the dermis lymphangiectasia with lymph filling. The diagnosis was acquired lymphangioma which occured after radical husterectony,then we used batches cryotherapy . We reported a typical case and reviewed previous published literatures for clinical features, diagnosis and prognostic factors.
