64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠状动脉支架置入术后的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨64排螺旋CT在冠状动脉支架置入术后随访中的应用价值。方法应用64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对59例冠状动脉支架置入术后患者进行检查,其中16例冠状动脉支架同期接受传统冠状动脉造影检查。结果术后1 a内支架变形1例,内膜增生1例,再狭窄1例;术后1~2 a支架内膜增生3例,再狭窄4例,闭塞1例;术后2~3 a支架变形1例,内膜增生1例,再狭窄2例,闭塞1例;术后3~5 a支架内膜增生3例,再狭窄5例,闭塞1例;术后5 a以上支架再狭窄1例。支架直径<3.5 mm时狭窄程度准确判断率为33%,支架直径≥3.5 mm时为79%。结论 64排螺旋CT可作为冠状动脉支架置入术后随访观察和了解冠心病进展情况的重要手段。
