化疗对卵巢功能的损害及其对策的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 化疗是临床上治疗免疫性疾病、血液病和肿瘤的重要手段之一,疗效确切.但由于卵巢暴露于必需的化疗而使卵巢功能遭到不同程度损害,严重影响女性患者生存质量.据报道,64%成年女性患者经历化疗后至少出现一项卵巢功能衰竭的症状[1].因此,如何评估化疗对卵巢功能的损害并寻求其对策成为近年的研究热点,现将近年相关研究综述如下.
