Highlight nerating rate of the group doff process.Conclusion is made that the draft mechanism and the new doff control system from Dongfei Research Insti- tute of Textile Technology can cater the requirement of the varieties of the spinning process including the heavy ration and big draft process. Tailing after the material and the production finds that the end genera- ting rate of the group doff process accouts for 98~ or more. Spinning breakage reduction is important in controlling the doff breakage. In production, the set of the spinning speed is dependent upon the spinning environment, condition, varieties, spinning breakage and the following process. Constant optimization of the speed set is necessary for the proper and profitable plan. When conmissioning is finished,it is necessary to keep normal the spinning environment and spinning condition plus other basic management. Precision, deli- cate, practical are enssential words for the equipment performance with high quality,high production, high speed,and high effiency.
