糖脂代谢对老年痴呆影响的研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 老年痴呆是以记忆力减退、认知功能障碍和精神行为异常为特征的神经系统变性疾病，并日益成为全球严重的公共卫生问题。据美国报道，估计美国全国约540万人患有阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD），居美国死因的第6位，其中〈65岁者20万人，这包括年轻的AD患者。
