从油田采购物资需求计划编制、采购过程控制、物资验收入库等环节入手,并结合目前石油企业物资采购供应的实际情况,提出了采购物资质量管理与监督的几项对策,从而促进油田生产建设并取得更大的经济效益。
According to the current material purchasing situation of petroleum enterprises, some quality control measures for material purchasing are put forward from purchasing plan making, purchasing process control and material acceptance, and the measures can promote the production and construction of the oilfield and make the oilfield gain greater economic benefits.
