摘要
如何激发QC小组成员的积极性,保持他们奋发向上的热情,同时吸引更多的员工参加QC小组活动,把不断完善质量作为追求目标。提出运用构建QC管理网络,将领导参与QC活动制度化;强化培训宣传,选树标杆典型带路;引入竞争机制,持续完善激励机制;吸引科技人才,促进成果专利转化等方式,为每个员工最大限度地发挥自己的潜力和智慧搭建平台,从而更好地提高企业质量,提升经济效益。
In order to stimulate and keep the enthusiasm of QC group members, attract more employees taking part in QC group and take the continuously perfecting quality as goal, some suggests are put forward as follows: constructing Qc management network, en- terprise leaders taking part in Qc activity institutionalizing, strengthening training and propaganda, establishing typical examples, in- troducing competition mechanism, attracting technological talents, promoting the transformation of patents, providing the platform of exerting their potential and wisdom in maximum degree for every employee.
