摘要
文章科学地辨析了党政信访工作与行政复议、涉法涉诉、纪检监察和劳动仲裁等类型信访工作的异同,厘清了他们之间的关系,对这几种类型的信访,党政信访部门不是无能为力,而是要依法依规有针对性地进行疏导、分流、交办和转办,从而达到更有效地帮助群众解决他们信访问题的目的。
This article makes a scientific analysis of the differences and similarities of the complaint of the Party and government between the administrative reconsideration, visits involving lawsuit, discipline inspection and supervision and labor arbitration, and gets their relationships clear.
