摘要
外语教师教育与专业发展是我国高校英语教学改革的核心问题之一。通过分析目前国内外语教师教育与发展的现状及存在的问题,探讨了高校外语教师发展的出路,即以行动研究为主导的反思性教学个体和群体性途径,和建设研究者——教师合作团队促进教师在岗自我发展的新型群体性途径。
Teacher professional development has turned out one of the essential problems in tertiary EFL teaching reform. With a brief analysis of the current situation and problems faced with in - service tertiary EFL teacher professional development in China, this paper discusses the paths for individual and collective development: reflective teaching headed by action research and a newly proposed model of collective development by establishing a co - learning community consisting of researchers and teachers.
