摘要
学前教育师资培训,是提高幼儿园教师综合素质,促进教师专业成长的有效途径。从目前的学前教育师资培训来看,还存在着不足。根据社会对学前教育师资的需求,笔者认为,在培训中要重视师资培养与师资培训的有机结合、师资培训与教学实践及科学研究的结合,同时师资培训要体现以人为本的理念,要灵活选择培训内容和方式,注重师德培养。
Preschool education teacher training is an effective way to improve comprehensive quality of kindergarten teachers and promote teacher professional growth. The current preschool education teacher training has some deficiencies. According to the social requirements to the preschool education teacher resource, the author believes that the training should focus on the organic combination of teacher cultivation and training, the integration of teacher training and teaching practice and science research. Meanwhile, the teacher training should be based on the people - oriented concept, choose training content and mode flexibly and focus on teachers' ethics.
