摘要
"四年一体"教育实践模式是在师范生就读四年间,构建起从"感悟教师"到"扮演教师"的分段式、分层次的教育实践连续体。现代信息技术与教育实践进行整合,是提高师范生培养质量的有效途径,可以培养学生团队合作精神,构建"实践共同体";可以借助丰富的网络资源,促进学习方式的变革,培养主动获取知识的技能;可以利用计算机及媒体资源的特性,培养学生创新精神与实践能力;可以搭建信息通道,提高效率,节约管理成本。但必须重视和解决观念的根本转变问题;组织者、指导教师如何切实提高自身的管理水平和技术水平的问题;"人-机-人"的沟通方式缺乏情感互动的问题等。
The mode of 4 - year incorporation educational internship means to build a system from teacher - realizing to teacher - playing during students' 4 - year college life. It is an effective way to improve the quality of students' practical work in teaching if we associate the modern information technology with the teaching practice of university. By doing this, we can get a plenty of advantages. Firstly, we can promote students' cooperative ability, and it is helpful to build the #tudents union when organizing teaching practice work. Secondly, we can bring the reform of learning fashion of students and force them to acquire knowledge on their own initiative. Thirdly, we can use the characteristic of the computer and the media resources to enhance students' innovational spirit and practical ability. Lastly, we can work more efficiently and reduce the cost of management. But there are also several questions we should pay attention to, for example, the fact that the administrator should change their traditional conception and try to use modern technology. In addition, the teachers should think of the question that how to communicate with the students more efficiently in dummy environment.
