For four convex disc mill in the preparation of gold ore sample, the movement, mechanics and crushing mechanism were analyzed. It was founded that the four convex disc disc mill has uniformity requirement for ore sample preparation. The crushing mechanism is mainly by constant friction between shear and crushing pressure to gold fault sample preparation process. It provides the basis for selecting proper preparation equipment and sample of gold mine chute and improving design.
