用于ZBLAN通讯光纤氟化锂的深度提纯法

摘要 氟化锂是制造ZBLAN超低损耗远距离通讯光纤的原料之一,ZBLAN对氟化锂中的OH-、含氧杂质、过渡金属有很苛刻的要求。本文综述了氟化锂中OH-、氧化物、过渡金属三种杂质的提纯方法,并详细介绍了用室温减压干燥除OH-,升华法除氧化物,离子交换法及萃取法除过渡金属的方法。 Lithium fluoride is one of raw material to manufacture ultra-low loss and long-distance communication optical fiber ZBLAN. ZBLAN have very strict requirements on OH-, Oxygen containing impurities, transition metal in lithium fluoride. This paper introduces three kinds of methods of purifying OH - , Oxygen containing impurities, transition metal in lithium fluoride, then summarized in detail using vacuum dryer to purify OH- in room temperature, to purify oxide with sublimation method, and ion exchange method or extraction to purify transition metal.
