摘要
信息化环境下自我导向学习能力强的大学生更具有发展潜力和竞争优势。采用定量和定性相结合方式对当前大学生的自我导向学习能力现状进行研究,结果显示:当前大学生有自我导向学习的倾向性,但是这种倾向性总体表现较弱,表现最差的依次是学习效率和学习主动性两个维度;不同性别、专业类别、家庭背景和不同年级的学生在学习需求认知、学习主动性、学习灵活性、学习策略运用和学习效率追维度上的表现存在差异。
Self-directed learning ability of college students under the information environment more development potential and competitive advantage. In this paper, by combining quantitative and qualitative methods to study the current situation of college students Jself-directed learning ability, results displayed : current students have the tendency of self-directed learning, but this tendency of weaker overall performance, followed by learning efficiency and initiative of the worst two dimensions; Different professional categories, gender, family background and learning needs of students in different grades cognitive, learning initiative, flexibility and learning strategy use and learning efficiency dimension on the performance differences.
