This paper introduces the employee performance appraisal model based on BP neural network. Then optimizes the parameters of BP neural network by genetic algorithm to improve the accuracy and efficiency of performance appraisal. Through concrete example proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm in performance appraisal.
