摘要
本文介绍了激光双光栅法测量微小位移的原理及方法,研究了音叉频率、功率、振幅三者之间的关系,分析了音叉谐振曲线的规律性,讨论了改变音叉有效质量对谐振曲线影响。
The paper intuoduces the principle and method to measuring tiny displacement with double- grating using laser , studies the relationship among frequency of tuning- fork, power and amplitude,analyzes the regularity of resonant curve of tuning- fork and discusses the influence to resonant curve by changing the effective mass of tuning fork.
