摘要
从普朗克黑体辐射定律出发,通过计算,得到不同温度下景物的辐射出射度,推导出真空低温密闭环境中景物辐射通过光学系统进入红外探测器的辐射通量的计算公式,得到了探测器接收到的辐射通量,研究了影响探测器性能的主要噪声,并且计算了系列红外探测器的最小可探测功率,进而分析得到了影响红外热成像系统可探测最低温度的影响因素,通过计算得到了系列探测器的低温探测极限。该工作可为用于低温环境和目标探测成像的红外成像测温系统设计提供依据。
Starting from the Max Planck institute in bold radiation law, it can be got radiation fluxes in the Vacuum cryogenic closed environment of the target, and the radiation existence of the target at different temperatures by calculation, and The main noise performancing on the infrared detector, and the Minimum power which can be detected, then analyzes the impact of a thermal imager detector detects the minimum temperature of the influence factors and calculated the low temperature detection limit series detector. This paper can provides the basis for the infrared imaging temperature measurement and target detection system in the Low temperature environment.
