摘要
船用燃气轮机控制系统正处在由机械液压式控制系统向数字控制系统转变的过渡阶段,分布式控制系统取代集中式控制系统是燃气轮机控制系统的发展趋势。数字控制器是燃气轮机分布式控制系统的核心部分,设计采用工控机和CAN适配器组成数字控制器硬件,在此基础上制定CAN总线下的通信协议,并在LabVIEW环境下开发数字控制器软件,完成燃气轮机监测数据的采集与执行机构的控制,开展了包括多个传感器和执行机构在内的半实物实验,验证数字控制器的各项性能。
Marine gas turbine control system is developing from mechanical hydraulic control system to digital control system. Centralized control system replaced by distributed control system is the inevitable trend of the development of the gas turbine control system. The digital controller is the core part of the distributed control system. The design uses the IPC and CAN adapter forming the digital controller. CAN bus communication protocol is developed depend on this. Also the digital controller software is designed within the LabVIEW environment, completing the data collection of the gas turbine to realize the data monitoring function and to control the smart actuator. Meanwhile the multi-sensors and muhi-actuators are tested on the physical experiment bench to prove the kinds of the performance of the digital controller.
