环境温度变化对地面管道摩阻损失的影响

摘要 影响长输管道摩阻损失的因素众多,长输管道工艺设计通常按使用期间平均地温进行计算。对于地面裸露铺设的输油管道,环境温度变化对管道内油品温度变化的影响不可忽略,油品温度变化又导致黏度变化,进而对管道摩阻损失产生影响。先讨论管道内油品与周围环境热交换对管道摩阻损失的影响;再由管道沿程温降和摩阻损失计算公式以及黏温关系式,推导出水力摩阻损失计算公式;又利用Matlab语言进行编程计算,并对计算结果进行量化分析。研究发现,环境温度变化对管道运行影响很大,实际运行中必须对泵站运行参数加以调整。 Long-distance pipeline process design is usually calculated using the average earth temperature as the calculation temperature. Some influence factors (transmission medium temperature, flow, pipe length, flow pattern, diameter, roughness, viscosity, etc) to friction loss of the long-distance pipeline are discussed. For a certain ground bare laying pipeline, the effect of environment temperature variation on the temperature change of oil in pipeline can not be ignored. The change of oil temperature causes viscosity alteration, and then affects the pipe friction loss. This paper firstly discusses the effect of heat exchange between inside pipeline oil and environment on pipeline' s friction loss, then deduces hydraulic friction loss calculation formula based on the friction loss calculation formula and the viscosity-temperature function, and eventually programms to compute with Matlab language, quantitatively analyzing the calculation result. It is found that changes of ambient temperature have great influence on the pipeline operation. In order to guarantee the safe and stable operation of the pipeline system, the actual operation parameters of the pumping station must be adjusted well.
