弧形曲面零件组合加工的工艺研究

针对弧形曲面零件的加工生产,为了提高产品的质量及生产效率,提出让加工工艺人员参与到产品的结构设计过程,与设计师共同商讨零件的工艺,得出零件组合加工的工艺方法,以成功完成零件的加工。这种方法有利于批生产零件的一致性和成本控制。

Aiming at the processing and production of parts with curved surface,for advancing the quality and production efficiency of the product,this paper puts forward that the processing personnel should join into the structure design course of production and discuss the parts processing with the designer in order to fetch the processing method of combination processing for parts,so as to finish the part processing successfully.The method is favor of the consistency and cost control to the parts in full production.
