摘要
通过不同锈蚀程度的钢筋再碱化后的电极化试验研究,采用线性极化法测定再碱化后钢筋的极化曲线,确定不同锈蚀程度钢筋的再碱化效果。研究发现,在钢筋未锈蚀或轻微锈蚀的情况下,再碱化技术可以使钢筋恢复钝化的状态,取得良好的修复效果;对于锈蚀较严重的钢筋,由于较厚锈层的存在,再碱化后的钢筋基体难以进入再钝化状态。根据试验结果,本文界定了再碱化技术的适用范围。
Based on the experimental studies on electric polarization of steel bars in different corrosion degrees after realkalization, polarization curves of steel bars after realkalization were measured with linear polarization method. And the effectiveness of realkalization for steel bars in different corrosion degrees was determined. The results showed that the electrochemical realkalization would achieve good repassivation result in the situation that steel in concrete was clean or slight rust. However, due to the rust layer, repassivation state was diffi- cult to achieve for steel bars severely corroded. According to the experimental result, the scope of realkalization application was defined.
