摘要 针对告成煤矿的实际情况,以iFIX 5.1为软件开发平台,设计了矿井机电设备智能预警系统。该系统通过现场PLC控制器采集现场机电设备运行参数,经千兆以太工业环网将数据传输到服务器数据库中储存,并以固定周期实施对比,根据对比异常数据搜索相应设备故障点,实现对生产机电设备的自动巡检和预警功能。测试结果表明,该系统实现了生产设备的运程诊断功能,大大减少了设备故障处理时间,提升了设备运行效率,达到了预期效果。 Aiming at the actual conditions of Gaocheng Coal Mine,using iFIX 5. 1 as software developing platform,intelligent warning system of coal mine electromechanical device was designed. Operating parameters of electromechanical device were acquired by the scene PLC controller. The data was transported to data base of the servers through the Gigabit Ethernet industrial ring network. The contract between the data were operated in fixed cycle. Based on the results of the contract,the correlative fault point of the equipment can be determined. The functions of automatic check and warning forecast for electromechanical device were realized through the above operation. Tests results show that, the system has the function of operational process diagnosis for producing device, and the application of the system has shorten fault treatment time, improved the running efficiency, and has reached the expected effects.
