注浆加固技术在陈四楼煤矿防治煤层底板突水中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 陈四楼煤矿在开采过程中受到煤层底板承压充水含水层的水害威胁,针对该情况,陈四楼煤矿应用不同注浆材料对该矿某区进行注浆加固。阐述了研究区注浆试验钻孔设计,并应用不同的注浆材料对研究区进行注浆加固。结果证明,注纯水泥浆液岩心及注蒙脱石和水泥等混合浆液岩心的抗压强度均较大,加固煤层底板强度的效果较好,而且注蒙脱石与水泥混合浆液扩散半径较大,相同情况下,一次注浆可以节省人力、物力,且蒙脱石的价格也比水泥低,更经济实用。 Chensilou Coal Mine is under water hazard threats of floor confined aquifer when mining coal seam. Aiming at this situation, different grouting materials were used to reinforce some region. Introduced the design of the boreholes for grouting in survey region, dif- ferent grouting materials were used to reinforce survey region, too. Results show that, core from grouting by pure cement and core from grouting by mixing fluid with montmorillonite and cement both have the big compressive strength. It has reached good effects after coal seam floor grouted by pure cement or mixing fluid with montmorillonite and cement. Especially,grout diffusion radius of grouting by mix- ing fluid with montmorillonite and cement is bigger than other methods. Mixing fluid with montmorillonite and cement for one time can save manpower and material resources,and the price of montmorillonite is lower than cement,and is more economic and more suitable.
