电网智能调度辅助决策系统研究

摘要 电网处于紧急、故障等情况下,调度中心将接收到大量报警信息,调度员无法在短时间内对大量警报做出合理解释,也就无法推断电网所发生的事件,更不用说采取调度措施来防止故障规模的扩大。为解决这一问题需要借助计算机的快速处理能力来处理警报,目前工程师已研究了多种报警处理方法,电网智能调度辅助决策系统,可以方便地使调度运行人员能够及时、准确地对电网情况进行判断,采取必要的控制措施。 When emergency happens in power system,alarms come into the control center. The dispatchers can't interpret such number of alarms in short time and take right measure to handle the problem. To solve this problem, the alarm processor was developed to help the operators understand the alarms. The structure and the functions of alarms processor were expounded, the present research status of processing methods were summarized.
